Steps:

1. samsung sgh x820

2. after removing the battery, remove the five small Phillips-head screws with a #0 Phillips screwdriver.

3. now we have two more screws hiden
4. first time i used needle. this time i took a blade.
5. removing the last two philipps-head screws.

6. be carefull. the phone is thin and you should push on two hooks two open cover case.

7. now you should take of the square metal in the middle of your phone to eject display.
8. i used plastic spudger

9. the last step is to take of old lcd from main board. mine was easy to go, but probably it could be stuck with the glue and i recommend to use a blade carefully.
