1. Remove the two Phillips screws securing the power/volume controls to the rear panel.

2. Use the tip of a spudger to remove the yellow kapton tape covering the power/volume control ribbon cable.

3. Remove the two Phillips screws securing the power/volume controls to the rear panel.
4. Lift the power/volume controls out of the rear panel.
